I've downloaded it, and the quality is quite good.

Nice find, Rockman. I tried it out, it looks good. R2J, CRF encode smaller than Arigatou's.
The subs are not really in sync with this source, but it can be easily fixed with 600ms delay.

Oh, and the subtitles need to be finetimed, especially the signs.
And I really wish there'd be OP+ED TL, but well I can add them myself.
Other than that, the sub pack's great.
